We are proud to offer a 14-Day 100% satisfaction guarantee on
every purchase made at eJewelrySale.com. Returned items must be sent
back to us by insured shipping and the costs are incurred by the customer.

Will I pay sales tax on my purchase?
Only sales to customers ordering from the state of Florida will be charged
sales tax. Florida residents will pay a 6% sales tax on their total
purchase cost.

Many of the items in our large inventory can be ordered in almost any

How will my jewelry be packaged when it is sent?
Items purchased from eJewelrySale.com are shipped in discreet packaging
for your security and safety. Different style items are packaged differently,

Can I get a ring made in my size before it is shipped?
All of the rings on eJewelrySale.com are priced for a standard size
"6". We are happy to offer ring sizing for a small $15 fee for any sizes
between 4.5 - 8.5. Please allow an extra day for delivery of re-sized
rings.
